Fall Classes for Adults and Youth

ADULT

Art of Blockprinting - Adults 18+
Tuesdays, Sept 27th - Nov 1st 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

This course will guide the participant through the basics of block printing from simple single-colour printing, to
multi-colour and layered images. Participant will complete their own set of cards and prints ready for framing.
No experience necessary.

$150 for 18 instructional hours (+ $25 for materials)

Magic of Mandalas - Adults 18+
Tuesdays, Nov 8th - Dec. 13th  6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

This course will guide the participant through a process of creating individualized mandalas using mixed
media, acrylic paint and gold leaf. Participants will complete a full mandala ready to frame. No experience
necessary. Cost is $150 for 18 instructional hours (includes all materials)

*Please note that 18 hours is the average time taken to complete the mandala project. Individuals needing
additional time to complete can take advantage of Open Studio times. Email capricornucopia@hotmail.com for

YOUTH

After School Art for Tweens (9-14)
Wednesdays 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
September 21st - December 14

$350.00  ~  13 sessions/26 hours of instruction and all materials
Projects and activities include painting, drawing, print making and mixed media.
Participants are encouraged to bring a healthy snack and water bottle
